Associate Members of the Organization may be registered following proposal by one (1) of the Founding Members and approval of the General Assembly by a majority of ¾ of all Full Members, entities and/or companies (legal and not natural persons) which are materially activated in any of the design, construction, maintenance, financing and operation sectors of toll road infrastructures in Greece.
